CNS Precision Assembly / CNS is committed to the privacy of our clients, families, carers and supporters. CNS only uses personal information/images for the purposes for which the information/images were collected (for example, to provide services or support to a person), related purposes where the individual would reasonably expect us to use the information/image for that purpose, other purposes for which we received consent or otherwise as permitted by the APPs.

CNS does not give information about a person to other organisations, government agencies or anyone else unless one of the following applies

- The person reasonably expects us to or we have told them we will
- It is required or authorised by law
- We believe the disclosure is necessary to prevent or lessen a serious and imminent threat to somebody’s life, health or safety; or
- In other circumstances permitted by the APPs (for example, if we reasonably believe the disclosure is reasonably necessary for law enforcement purposes)
Credit card security
Donations you make to CNS using our online donation form are secured. Your connection to our donation page is encrypted, which means that your personal information, including credit card number, name and address cannot be viewed by a third party as the information travels across the internet.
Contact and information accuracy
If you receive an unwanted email from us, you can click on the link to unsubscribe at the bottom of the email. If the email does not have an unsubscribe link, please reply and ask not to receive future emails. We will process your request within a reasonable time after receipt. We are not responsible for removing your personal information from the lists of any third party who has been provided your information in accordance with this policy, such as a business partner.
